GE Fleet Services) ("GEFS") (the "Services") and all fees charged for such Services are determined by GEFS. All Services are subject to approval (including credit approval) and acceptance by GEFS. The terms and conditions of any Services are subject to your agreement with GEFS. UPS Capital is neither an agent for, nor associate of, GEFS for the purposes of originating, processing, accepting or fulfilling GEFS' sales or services. UPS Capital and GEFS are acting only as independent contractors under an agreement to make referrals, and neither party is an agent or representative of the other party. UPS Capital makes no representations as to the quality, reliability, or performance of any Service and does not endorse, guarantee or otherwise assume any liability for the quality of any such Service.
